Experienced Counsel. Practical Business Judgment.

Senior-level legal and business advisory services for privately held businesses, investors, family offices, and executives. Senior-level advice shaped by complex transactional experience, practical judgment, and an understanding of each client’s commercial objectives and economic considerations.

Senior experience. Individual attention.

CMN Advisors provides direct access to experienced counsel, combining the perspective developed in major law firms with the responsiveness and flexibility of an independent practice.

Drawing on more than four decades of experience, the practice understands that advice must address legal risk as well as execution, timing and commercial economics.

Clients work directly with experienced counsel, with engagements structured to reflect the complexity of the matter, the client’s objectives, and the economic considerations involved.
